Maria Pressentin
Maria Liz Pressentin is a leadership and corporate health coach with fifteen years experience in global management positions in multinationals such as Siemens AG, Level 3, Global One (AT&T, France telecom, Deutsch Telekom venture), as well as in the public sector. She has also consulted Vodafone and LVMH on management and market expansion best practices. Her background covers a worldwide engagement in Banking, IT, Telecom and Luxury industries ranging in both B2B to B2C on strategy, sales and marketing roles.
As a seasoned corporate professional with entrepreneurial mindset, Maria has established her coaching and hypnotherapy practices to cater for leaders that seek personal growth and excellence, as well as those that advocate the advancement and the development of their personnel into entrepreneurial thinkers. As a coach, her methods are purely forward-thinking, solutions based and focused on recognizing opportunities, which reflect her self-designed coaching model: MCLP (Motivate Change and Liberate Potential).
Maria’s tertiary degrees include: MBA in Strategic Management (Distinction) – UMAC/ISCTE, MR (Master of Research) – Universite de Nanterre, and BA – SIU. Certified by NGH, IMDHA, ACHE (USA), trained in NLP, SF and EQ, currently also undergoing certification by ICA (International Coach Academy – CPCP program), and undertaking her doctoral degree (PhD by ISM) in business majoring in leadership skills enhancement.
Maria speaks five languages: English, Cantonese/Chinese, French, German and Portuguese, as a result of her multicultural career and social background. Maria serves on the Executive Board of the ICF (International Coach Federation) as the Assistant Treasurer and chairs the Peer Coaching member-benefit for ICF, Singapore Chapter.
