The coaching retreat programs are designed and tailored based on the specifications of the client. The retreats are scheduled according to the client’s requirements and needs. However, in order for us to be able to plan our coaching services we require our clients to stick to the cancellation policy.
The coaching retreat has to be cancelled at least 1 month before the actual agreed on date and time in order for us to cancel the hotel bookings and fill our coaching schedule.
If the client fails to cancel the coaching retreat 1 month before the actual agreed on date and time we will have to charge client 50% of the price agreed on, that is half of the value of the actual coaching retreat.
The payment has to be undertaken on the account of your respective coach. You can pay via PayPal or send in the money directly.
Important Notice
Each coach works independently and is personally liable for the services she/he offers.
Please mind that neither AvantGarde Coaching Retreats nor the individual coaches can be made liable for the decisions you take due to the services provided.
All expenses related to arriving at the venue of the retreat as well as all needed insurance needs to be taken care of by the client.
